Fps drops to around 2-3 when i open the map.

Just noticed this today, but whenever i open the galaxy map my fps plummets to the point of not being able to use the map. Any idea how to fix this?

yes, go top of the map windows, 2nd button with a dropdown do check or uncheck stuff to display

uncheck coporate location and personal location

thank me

and then wait for a fix

thx, this fixed it for me too. had the same problem.

One of the issues is probably the huge amount of bookmarks i have... last i checked over 7500 :s
Also i have the problem of not being able to have the "people and places" open, as the amount of bookmarks grind the loading of a new system to a almost standstill.
hoping for a fix to this bookmark problem :p

Huh thanks! That would explain the timing for me. Just joined a new corp with loads of bookmarks haha.
