Here's what to do:

Roll an alt and keep it in NPC corp.
Train for arty frigates or anything else that can deliver 500 hp in one alpha.
Shoot CODE.'s wrecks.
Deny them more ISK than the dec cost. Watch them claim they don't' care, while taking the time to claim they don't care as indication that they care. (since they claim that carebears who don't care really do care but are making an effort to look like they don't because tears, everything evens out in the world and f**king unicorns will stab your enemies with their heads or something I don't know).

You see while (grrr) goons pays for their ships, individually, their incentive is to make ISK off loot. Deny the individual their loot and ISK and it makes their endeavors just as profitless as fighting them.

Meanwhile, don't log in any chars they decced. Don't give them a target. That's 4th generation warfare for you. Waged economically on the cheap on your side. A T1 arty frigate is much cheaper than a gank cat. All you need to do is deliver 500 HP with one shot. The skills to operate one compared to a T2 cat fit is laughable. The security cost of shooting a wreck is also paltry.

(Cue occasional alt post on how unfair it is that a freighter wreck only has 500 hp. Grrr CCP! They loves them carebears all shooting wrecks and stuff).

BTW, giving them a fight only gets you more decs. All that "C'mon, it's a PVP game! Fight them!" stuff is BS. It's to see who fights back and who does not. Everybody who fights back gets more decs. They'll dec people just for talking in local (or snoring too loud). They have moon goo behind them so it's not like they are going to be sad over wasting ISK on a cheap wardec. You don't have a duty to get popped by them just because they paid ISK on a dec.

Interesting you included that word and that player in the same sentence, for with that one word you described that players entire history of communication in this game. Hence the forum ban. Anyone who's spent more than 30 seconds in MB chat knows the only thing loyal spams is rubbish about tears and how bad AG players are. Way to look out for your anzac buddies though Sabriz.
