Well, looks like I've gotten 2 crap corps in a row... I posted a story awhile back about Energy Core 1 ganking my freighter after joining, and thought I might as well share my lasted corp disaster too Shocked

I was out scanning for highsec sites when I ran across a wormhole. Long story short, I ended up giving them intel about a group of guys heading towards there hole, more than likely to cause them grief. After chatting with the CEO for awhile, he offered me a spot in his corp. I hadn't done the WH thing in awhile, so I decied to give it a shot....

Fast forward a few days: A bunch of modules goes missing out of the corp hangar, CEO starts getting paranoid and locks down access to the SMA and corp hangar. Not a big deal for me, I just ask him to let me swap into my other ship so i can keep going about my business, and he agrees.

Fast foward another couple days: I log in with only 1 other corp mate logged in. I wave to him in chat, but get no response. When I land in pos, i seeabout 4 or 5 random ships floating out in space around the SMA... I remembered the CEO mentioning this other guy as a suspect as to someone who might have taken the modules from the corp hangar before, so I convo one of the blues that we share our WH with. We begin searching the hole, to find that hes not there. I bring my alt in a pod, and sit him on the neighboring static, while the blue sits on the highsec exit, waiting for any sign of him. A few minutes goes by, and i get my alt into his oracle (sitting in a WH in nothing but a pod was giving me the creeps P)

About an hour or so passes, and still no sign from him. The CEO logs in, and in a private convo, I tell him what has been going on, then log for the night. The next day, one of the ships that had been floating out in space had gone missing. CEO freaks out, and asks for API keys for all characters and alts, so I give him mine.

Now, this character cannot fly the ship that was reported missing, and since it was inside the shields, my other character (out of corp) could not have gotten to it without the password (which I do not have) Also, the blue who we share the WH with, had eyes on the exit the entire time, and would have seen the ship leave, had i taken it.... but dispite these facts, the CEO blamed me, and attempted to kill / pod me out of the WH with no way back in. I escaped in a hulk (logged off inside the WH so they couldnt destroy it) but they got away with my other ships (magnate + impel)

Just a word of warning for anyone who may see this corp as a potential recruitee

tl;dr WH corp accepts me in, then steals my stuff after accusing me of an impossible theft

BTW I giggled. This CEO doesn't sound like he has the nerves to handle any position of authority/responsibility.

I gave the guy a replacement ship, so maybe we could part on good terms. CEO still refuses to believe that I didn't steal the ship...

Though to be somewhat fair, when I have him the api keys for my alt, there was a sell order on him for a naga (the stolen ship was a Naga, btw) So now it's been "proven" that I am indeed a corp thief -.-

Nice writeup, there are so many bad corporations in EVE. Good luck getting into a competent one. I'd recommend a few friends but just in case you really are fibbing here I will hold back :)

Check out the recruitment subforum. Wormhole corps will always be the most paranoid about new members though due to the level of trust needed to give POS access.

First of all upon receiving the Full API of the alt, there was not an oracle purchased until AFTER a Naga with our exact fittings was sold. To clarify: The Naga that was in our SMA was fit very noobishly for afk Customs office bashing like this:

Now I ask who the hell fits a Naga like this on a daily basis?

Everyone in our Co-op channel had the password for the PoS as we frequently exchange Bookmarks and deliver for each other. To claim you do not know something that is common knowledge is a red flag on its own. This blue contact you are speaking of is the one that expained the member you are accusing was not even in the Wormhole(as you said). Also this blue conact is the one that tipped me off that you brought a pod into Wh space to scout. WHO THE HELL SCOUTS A WH IN A POD? You fit a ship with a cloak to scout, you do not fly in w-space in a pod unless your ships was just destroyed. Given the fact that your sell orders match the missing ship completely, and you were seen coming in a pod with a character that COULD pilot the ship(and OBVIOUSLY sold one), and was not seen leaving..

Further more, you were paid for your ships and told to Self destruct your pod. You lost NOTHING, yet you’re are saying that my corp stole from you? Your obviously a very ****** thief, that got caught, and trying to turn the flames our way.
