CCP Streams: Worst Fit Ever Roam

Hey guys

As part of CCP Streams, I will be going out on the Worst Fit Ever Roam. The idea is that I will accept ships on contract from any station in EVE, and I will then proceed to fly and lose said ship in a wonderful fireball. The catch is, so long as the ship has drones and ammo, I'm flying it, regardless of fitting.

So if you want to see me flying an Oracle with Magnetic Field Stabilizers, A Typhoon with small lasers or a Moros with a Salvager, then contract it to CCP Logibro (this character) today, and maybe I'll pick your fit to help make CCP's killboard even more red.

Actual conditions you should be aware of:
  • By contracting the ship to me, you relinquish all ownership of the ship and any items in it. You should consider anything you contact as destroyed, and under no circumstances will any items be returned. If your fitting is not selected, the contract will not be accepted and you will be able to delete the contact and retrieve your items.
  • All slots on the ship must be filled, and the entire fitting needs to be able to be onlined. If the fitting requires implants to function, implants must be included with the contract.
  • All ships contracted must have a full drone bay, and a reasonable amount of ammo suitable for the weapons fitted to the ship.
  • Ships may be contracted from any station in New Eden. This includes Thera. The location of the ship does not reflect where the roam with that ship will start from.
  • Ships must be able to attack in some way. This means no freighters.
  • Contracts should be made for a week.

This sounds like fun. I'll definately check out the stream.

But what's the reason for this last-minute announcement? I mean, it's not even 4 hours from the 1st post of this thread to the start of the stream. A little more lead time, would help gather more people (viewers).

We originally had another session lined up for today, but the person running it is too sick to run it so we grabbed this one from the bag. Depending on how this one goes, we might run another roam just like this.

this seems like a pretty obvious scam to me... can we get a CCP vouch in here?

will i get notified when ship explodes? the gnosis contracted has no cpu left for anything in last medium slot. . but its full of ammo/drones and has nice guns and adequate dps . should be able to do stuff

You'll be able to see it get blown up on stream, and I'll send a mail to each person that contracted the ship to me with the loss mail (and any kill mails that I manage to get somehow).

If you're serious about this, EVE mail me with details and I'll see what I can do. Same conditions apply (i.e. there's no chance of getting anything you contract over back)

what happens if some ship survives the end of event? will it be packed with possible loot from dead ships and given back to previous owner?

Atale of two yourneys has been also contracted. my ships are unsinkable in worst case lifeboats included.
i think CCP Logibro will bring friends/allies and make CCP gang pack with these fitted ships and hunt people.


i wanna see a CCP uses catalyst and gank mining ship in highsec aswell
