Changing Mouse Scroll Speed?

Is there any way to increase the mouse scroll speed? There is a night-and-day difference when comparing the Mac client with wine-on-mac or windows.

I know there's no in game setting. I'm wondering if there's a cider-specific config somewhere that I can tweak.

I've adjusted my mouse scrolling in Accessibility -> Mouse Options on my MBP, but EvE doesn't seem to inherit these changes.

Zooming in / out quickly (e.g. on dscan) is much more difficult on a Mac as a result.
