Undock with a sebo on my ship do a mission, dock back up. Refit sebo to MJD undock, its gone. If it shows up in the ship fitting window but will not show up on ship radial so i cant activate it. The module is ether ghosted or bad serversync. If i offline/online it nothing happens but it still takes up my capacitor.

On my other account same dilema, this time with a shield amp. Shows up in fitting window, but does not grant its bonuses. Same thing where offline/online does nothing. I have to make changes to my fit while docked, undock... dock back up, then undock again just to play. Sometimes i have to dock AGAIN because the module will show up as offline.

Try this, it's quick and can fix most of these problems :

in game, hit ESC, go to "Reset Settings", "Clear all Cache Files"

the game will exit, relog and tell us if it works

The very same thing has been happening to me ever since Brain in a Box was released.. Docking up and undocking makes the module reappear, but in an offline state.

This has nothing to do with the local cache.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

and yet...

of course there are issues with BITB that are unacceptable and more testing should have been made (don't get me started here lol)

but clear cache is a "fix it all" solution for a high %age of issue happening locally on one account in game, always start with that, then rescache.exe, then ticket

what you have is something they say they have fixed since paralax 1.2 or 1.3 and a clear cache after the server fix should have fixed your issue

if not,.... open a ticket

Clearing cache and using rescache will likely get suggested by GM's or Devs for things like this anyways, so might as well get into a habit of doing that beforehand and, should it not work, indicating that in the ticket or bug report once you write it up. Honestly, you should probably be clearing cache after each patch and running rescache regularly, just to make sure everything is on a clean slate, but that's just me being thorough.

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."

Clearing the cache is the first thing I always do. I've done that a few times already, even installed the game new and also had it happen across different PCs.. Ah well, time to clear the cache once more and I guess then it's time to write a bug report of some sorts..
