Guys on last point to clarify:

the time lapse between one relevant NPC kill and another spans in my experience between 5 and 10minutes.

Is that true only in the same system? If I kill 2 NPC battleship within 4 minutes, in two different adjacent systems, do I get both the security status bonus stacks?

Incursion rats give HUGE sec status. Like really huge, and you kill them consistently enough to keep the ticks flowing quickly.

I've gone from -0.5 to 1.6 in a couple of months, just from the fleet killing the rats on gates. It would be very bothersome if you were trying to stay at -10.

This nullsec caper is very strange.
