I have a list of requirements that I want to pay to have coded.

All would work with the API.

I deliberately highlight "that I want to pay for" since I don't want delays in the production.

I am willing to pay to learn how to code myself if the program is not produce timely.
I can also do sub-programs or sub-modules to include with the code to speed up production.

I can't pay 1 billion ISK per hour at this time.
As for the value of the program, it also depends how long it would take to code.

I had one program for evaluation, to evaluate conditions in EVE online and compare values of items.
I now need another 2nd program for business which will look for demand and lack of supply to speculate on where opportunity lies.

I also need a 3rd one now which I forgot about at this time, but I think it has to do with the coding as well...

I am more than willing to update requirements, and to answer questions as code evolves to specifiy what is needed and to confirm any details required.

I am not looking for a month or even week long solution.
I just need some simple algorithm formulated in the API language to respond.
I also need it in a timely manner.
I am willing to pay a few billions for it, not 20 billions if possible.
I can also make arragements to share the rights if necessary.

However, due to the lack of response over 10 months, it seems that I am better off to complete the project solo.
I hope to get more answers, replies, questions, quotes and offers or counter-offers soon.

Oh yes, the 3rd program was about the new citadel deals which some already work on.
(top secret, I'd have to kill you if I had to tell you)

Are you expecting a web app? A program you run on your computer? Would a spreadsheet be acceptable?

Speculate using what criteria? Example: lack of volume in a region can be explained by lack of supply or lack of demand.

Should this troll through the entire item database? Through all regions? Or is there some kind of constraints like price, volume, item size, specific items or regions?
