This is response to the camera stuff on test server however put here as it is a different idea. The test one really detracts the player from their ship. Feedback is dont see ship and really lacks function. Idea here is to immerse player and make use of new functions more.

Much like we have two turret points, convert first person to two camera points. One bridge view, one covering other side. This way a player can use standard camera features to zoom in to target, camera tracking, look around, etc. In addition, this brings a player right in on missed shots zipping by, seeing missiles come in and really bring a player close to those awesome, but tiny, third person turrets.

Brings the first person, but now immersive. Reason two cameras is to give an easy hotkey toggle.

Bridge view? You're sitting in a capsule in the middle of your ship.

The ships do have a "bridge" portion of the ship. Did not mean inside a bridge, but like an external camera at that sort of location to give a person a more connected view. Like a periscope or vehicle mounted camera

I like it, they're camera drones they can be anywhere on the exterior of the ship. Side and rear cameras could be nice. turret mounted cameras would be CCP going the extra mile but I can live without those. Besides on some ships it would look weird due to turret placement.
