I have run into an issue where the market window can display the item heading for one item, but list the market orders for another. To reach this situation I do the following:

I, of course, have the 'Mark My Orders' option active on my market window. When I display Market data on the market window for one of my active sell orders I right click my order to update the price it is selling at. After I confirm that I am changing this price to a new value it will often take a couple seconds for the market window to update with this new information. When I select to 'View Market Details' from another item before this market window update occurs then the window will often update with the market heading of the new item, but the list of market orders will be updated with the new updated list of order information from the previous item that had been updated, thus causing a little bit of confusion when updating orders.

I most often see this when I quickly select to 'View Market Details' from the Orders list in the 'Wallet' just after updating a previous order, but it likely occurs from other procedures as well.

It happens also when you buy quickly 1 items from a group (ie ; sklls, bpo or a personnal market group)
select the first one in the tree on the left
doublclic to buy on a sell order, clic ok or hit enter to validate the buy
rapidly select the next item on the list
go doubleclic on an item in this new market sell order

if you do that too quickly sometimes the list for the second item is replaced by a refreshed list of the previous item and showing 1 less item in the sell order
in the end you went to buy all the ammo bpo, and you get 2 or 3 copies of the same one because the order details reverted to the previous item. O sweet rage.

I believe a fix for that is to go in the market option and disable automatic refresh. but that may be unacceptable

workaround is of course to wait a few second for the refresh before selecting a new market detail (it all depends on your internets and the server load, sometimes it's less than a seconds, sometimes a bit longer, for me 2-3 seconds does the trick)

fix would be for CCP to handle the event of "new market item is selected" and include a "stop any refreshing in background" ... or something.
