Was this near Amarr that you have been running into this pilot? If so you really just shouldn't engage. There is one pilot that uses this tactic a few jumps out from Amarr and he has a solid setup. But its the only way he knows how to pvp. And he usually wont engage unless you do first so he gets station or gate gun support. Blue ball or a couple of force recons are your best options

Solo, an active rep Cyclone can do it, as can a purpose-fit SFI or nanocane. All of these depend on either getting initial scram near gate, or baiting the nano-drake into chasing you so you can slingshot onto them with enough inertia to push through the overheated webs into overheated scram range.

Another possibility is a HAM drake with 1-2 nanos in the low, but a DCU and only two tackle mods (web and scram) so you are about the same speed with better tank and damage, and can lock him down. Dicey, since you need to get that tackle early in the fight (until you're within 20 the nano-drake is getting free damage), but it can work.

The reliable answer is bring two pilots, a falcon with mostly caldari ECM, and something the nano-drake pilot will salivate at killing, like a vagabond or deimos. Don't show the falcon until tackle is about to hit web rage

Alpha Arty 'nado packing RF EMP? Nano drake usually has a gaping EM hole

And a sudden plunge in the sullen swell. Ten fathoms deep on the road to hell.

Good Morning,

First of all: Thank you for each Comment!

If I got you all right I have the following Options:
kill him 101: Active Fitted Ship like Cyclone with loki booster. slingshot manover to get him.
Kill him: Bait with long point / long Webber and 10 Alpha Maels.
Scare him away: BS / BC with long range weapons

Any further comments?

How about something like a raptor, extended scram, defenders and some guns for drone defence, you should be fast enough to catch him and should be able to tackle him for a short period, you will need friends though.

Or a Gallente HAC, you will need at least LG Snakes for speed and you will need to shield tank them but they have good kinetic resists forcing him away from his bonused damage type, an Ishtar could throw out 5 heavy web drones (I know stacking but some of them will die) then swap once you get him scrammed. Rail Deimos? Shield tanked should be faster outside the web range, get a faction point and some ECM Drones, paper EHP is not great but against Kinetic it is excellent.

1. 750M in LG Snakes to counter a T2 fit BC.
2. Heavy web drones catching him.

I see you've put a lot of thought into this.

If he can get a Drake to go 2500m/s then he likely has his own set plus an off grid skirmish boosting Loki, these are serious investments and will need serious counters unless you are lucky enough to catch him with a gang which sounds unlikely, the target is mitigating his risk by only exposing a T2 fit Drake but there is more to it than that.

Combined with the slingshot technique the webifier drones may be enough without the snakes, they have a bad rep but in this situation you only need a few seconds to get close and scram him yourself. Then you just need to beat a drake in an Ishtar or call in your friends.
