exactly yes.

you can train your alt to fly a strategic cruiser which can

1) fit a covops cloak

2) be nullified Blink

3) fit a combat probe launcher (so that's pve and pvp utility)

4) use a limited number of command links

Most of these guys have covered it pretty well so Ill just add my support for any of these suggestions. There really is so much you can do with it. Good luck and have fun.

Train it for supers holding charachter and sell it for iskies at the end of subscription..You can still use it meanwhile for trading, hauling and salvaging..

According to those who know, to properly play EVE you're supposed to be running two characters together at all times. One you play, the other you use to scout ahead...scout ahead...scout ahead...scout ahead...scout ahead...scout ahead.
