So that was 5ish billion isk, and likely a few weeks worth of SP of damage done that was supporting some specific doctrines and extending combat for over 1000 unique individuals over a few days and many fights.

Sure, gallente, or specifically 1 gallente was responsible forbringing so many boosters 'into play' at some very well timed moments. But thats not to say that others, even those not involved in the main fight directly could not have dabbled in this activity.

Just saying.

So the 4/5 occasions where we arrived on a squid timer and PM arrived shortly after, not shooting cal mil and only us, leaving us quite outnumbered but due to PM's terrible choice back then of nano shield machs, they still lost. Was just my imagination?

I mean, i have raw fraps of most of them, just PM got so dunked or did so badly considering their numbers advantage it didnt seem worthy of an upload.

PM engaged CalMil plenty too, including losing a couple of Nestors to Brave and driving at least some CalMil fleets out of plexes in AU. It was equal opportunities for all. The fact that on any given occasion PM engaged one fleet rather than another doesn't tell you anything.

Oh, you said they never worked with cal mil but you meant to say they didnt help them with pava...

They have been batphoned by squids on more than a few occasions. Losing nestors to squids while not aligned is indeed a very sad state of affairs, but not very surprising for PM. Im not sure i would ask PM for help in PvP, but if i had a 10/10 DED to run they would be the first people i would ask.
