Do MJDs work against sleeper scrams?

Yes, they work.
Strength on all sleeper points is 1, except Sleepless Guardians where it's 2.
NPCs only point, they never scarm. ie: your MWD and MJD will always work while pointed by sleepers or any other NPCs, regardless of their point strength.
The only time their strength matters is when you're fitting warp core stabs.
