That aside I would never want fraction variants of these it's three first true step players have taken away from npc factions and it should stay as such

The blueprints for these ARE coming out of LP stores, so it's logical that they should should have different racial lines to reflect that.


Last I looked they were being seeded on the market for 6b 70b and 700b not LP stores did this change?


Now some one said something about faction services that would be a better way to go

I am going to echo some of the post above

Empire and Pirate faction modules (including service mods)
And structure skins - these should be NPC drops only and not Aurum.
Making the skins - character bound - and limited to extremely rare drops means they will have a very lovely value to them.
Only players, corporations and alliances who really wanna look awesome are going to farm/buy these things so they can stand out more.
Plus - the skins need to work for each structure (1 skin for all structures). So a Corp could go all Amarr skinned if the so choose to or any pirate faction.
