Fittingwindow issues after 4/11 patch

My fitting window says im flying a prospect that is completely unfitted apart from a midd slot cap recharger II.

It has completely forgotten the 2 small CCC riggs
the 2 deepcore modular miners
the MWD
the OTHER cap recharger II
and the Damagecontrol II, the 2x Mining laser upgrades II and the Overdrive Injector System II.

The ship mods work as usuall, im mining with the riggs it says arent there... they just dont show, making it a pain to refitt.

I should be added that i baorded the ship from a SMA in W-space.

More with the fitting window / and hud display
Launch probes works fine.... recall probes ... reload by rt clicking on probe launcher no tooltip reload.

Fixed by possing up and refitting .... unfit / refit probe launcher and then I could reload probes.
somehow it worked after I did the above

But
Moving the ship doesn't ever give you a m/s reading in the Hud display activating a MWD also shows same 0 m/s
it does show correct speed in the tooltip .
