Local session corrupt

Im having trouble on one of my accounts saying Local session corrupted.

Ive cleared the cache via ingame and launcher. Also created a ResCache shortcut cleared my evecache shared resource.

Still cant log into one of my clients. The others log in fine.

Wait for DT , it will fix itself.

Yep same issue.
I entered a ticket yesterday hoping for some fix..(68613) It is only on this character while my other two accounts are fine.
After DT today I was hoping for it to self-right - though that did not happen

Same here, nothing.
