Drugs are underutilized in highsec anyway and usually only turn up in hubs.

We need some "gateway drugs" half way between the next to useless (3%) legal synth boosters and the real boosters to create a market.

That's not the point i was trying to make at all, I'm talking about the opposite.
That it was too easy to get totally wrecked for an unaware player on how contraband works.
