In the last few days of Eve I've gotten a good grasp of the game but I'm left with a few questions.
1.) When does a person stop being a beginner Isk,skill points, and ship wise?
2.)I've made my carrier in exploration of wormhole space where I take my heron and hit up relic sites and make a couple mill each trip. To me this is more viable than mining, my question is it really?
3.) What are good beginner pvp ships that work in null there's a corp I'm looking into and there in null and do pvp?( I've gotten to caldari cruisers).
4.) Is there a good way to boost skill training (implants)for me, the wormhole exploration life I live is dangerous and death is a given.

Thank you for your help if I have any other questions I'll post them.

1) When you stop thinking of yourself as one. I was a 'beginner' for longer than many because I believed I had to 'level up' to the point that I could PVP. This was a mistake. I had 8 or 9 million skillpoints and still thought I was helpless (so I was). Characters with the right mindset, under 1 million SP and minimal resources can make an impact on a fight.

2) Yes, null exploration can be lucrative, and wormhole exploration is similar.

3) This is going to depend on the corps you are looking at. Ask them. If they have a strong preference for armor fleets, you won't want to fly anything Caldari - whereas if they have a preference for shields, your existing Caldari skills will transfer well.

4) Train jump clones. When going into danger, just use +2 implants for the skill you are currently training (so if it is an Int/Perception skill, plug in those two implants only, later if you finish that skill and start working on something that's Percep/Cha, you can add in a +2 Cha implant). When logging off for 24 hours or more, jump clone into a dedicated learning clone.

1.) When does a person stop being a beginner Isk,skill points, and ship wise?
-You always be learning new things. People aren't joking when they say that theyre still learning after 5 years.

2.)I've made my carrier in exploration of wormhole space where I take my heron and hit up relic sites and make a couple mill each trip. To me this is more viable than mining, my question is it really?
- Mining is good early on for early isk, but if youre making a couple mill isk per trip doing exploration, then thats great. Continue to work on your exploration/combat skills, and you can land 100m + trips regularily.

3.) What are good beginner pvp ships that work in null there's a corp I'm looking into and there in null and do pvp?( I've gotten to caldari cruisers).
- Depends on the corp's doctrines. For Caldari, there are a few viable options: Condor, Kestrel, Griffin, Merlin, Caracal*, Moa. Check with the corp to see if they are good fits. Those, plus their T2 counterparts are all fantastic caldari ships.

4.) Is there a good way to boost skill training (implants)for me, the wormhole exploration life I live is dangerous and death is a given.
- Cheap implants. Thats the only way to boost skillpoint training times.

Only going to comment on #1.
Beginner is a relative term in EvE.

At the most basic level once you are comfortable navigating around and getting your ship to do what you want then you are no longer a beginner.

At the other end you will be a beginner for many years to come as you try out portions of the game you have never experienced before.
