Client Settings - Again and Again and Again

Dear CCP:

I have more than one account; in fact I have as many as five, depending on which ones I keep active. When I update the client, or for some reason need to reinstall it, the following happens:

1) Launch client
2) Log in with account #1
3) Set my client options (graphics, audio, colors, windows, etc) as I like it
4) Log out
5) Log in with account #2
6) Set my client options (graphics, audio, colors, windows, etc) as I like it
7) Log out
8) Log in with account #3 .....

You get the idea. Can I please have the option (but not the forced requirement) to press a button and make my current client settings apply to ALL ACCOUNTS for this client?

Or, better yet, simply add in the ability to export all settings to a file and import them as-needed.
