The skillset is quite similar to what I do on my main character.

The character is ready for T2 industry. The mining and PI skills lend themselves to becoming a semi-independent producer.

For example. Getting into T2 Ships is straight forward, mine ore to make T1 versions, set up PI colonies to provide construction blocks. Your science skills would be utilised by researching efficiencies in the BPOs and invention probabilities.

You dont mention refining skills, perhaps that is a gap in converting ore into minerals in the self-supply chain you need to fill.

You probably won't be completely self-sufficient, especially not on a single character, so the DST/Freighter skills may come in handy to buy what you need from a hub. So for ships you need moon goo for all the components, they need to be hauled.

Once your BPOs are fully researched you can just keep moving onto others. When you get into multiple runs of even as small as destroyers the jobs can take 5 days, so you could splurge, get all your jobs occupied and come back to it in a week.

One of the ways I make ISK is by researching BPOs, then selling them. You have to interact with stuff less often then you do with PI, but you aren't always guaranteed your researched BPO will sell quickly. You also have to know what type of BPOs are worth researching to sell (ex. DC I can be worth it as it's cheap, and you use it's BPCs to make DC II that everyone uses). So it does take a bit more thought about what to research, but it can be good ISK. (right now I'm making roughly 100M ISK per month passive)

EDIT: Some BPOs are not worth researching past a certain point (ie. Titan BPO, or most capital BPOs as their ME won't really change how much materials get used to make the ship, but TE might still be worth it to research a bit higher)
