They typically only field drones as secondary weapons, and are worse at it than even the Matari. You will be hard pressed to find a Caldari ship with drone bays large enough to carry more than one flight of drones.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.
