I hereby approve Lan Wang's petition for transfer of this matter to C&P under the doctrine of forum non conveniens per 28 U.S.C. ยง 1406(a).

I order Kedron Webber to report to C&P for trial within 24 hours of this notice. Fail to appear will result in his being tried in absentia.

Normal C&P protocols will be in place. Court personnel and representatives for all parties will be selected per C&P local rules.

OP did u ever talked to RF reps? As far as i reember they should have internal service which able to resolve unsuccesfull deliveries.

Sounds to me you ere being a cheap ass and repackaged everything to fit in 1 freighter.

Red Frog is an excellent Courier service. I've used them for years and never had a bad experience. I would like to know what you did wrong.

Did you know that a fitted Rattlesnake has a volume of 486,000 m3? That's more than half the maximum volume Red Frog hauls! Add a Nestor to the mix, and you broke the scale! But the OP didn't just broke the camel's back, he pulverized it's spine!

So it seems in order to process the OP's order, the hauler had to repackage your ships, since you don't know how to read! Because your ships couldn't possibly fit in a normal freighter, and apparently Red Frog doesn't account for Bowheads (and neither it should)

So you done and goofed OP.
