2013 as part of the Yule Lads story, though if I remember correctly it was given by Santa on Christmas Eve/Day and not by any of the Yule Lads themselves.

A few thoughts:

1. Sell T2 bpos again for 2 weeks.
2. A BPO for a new frigate type, based on your race (4 total), but it can only be built during the month of december.
3. A spaceship bikini wash for my dirty ship
4. A choice of a free skin for one of your ships
5. A naughty elf outfit for my character
6. A random one of Skill points, a free plex, or a free multi-character trainer (5% chance each for the last two)
7. Cat ears that my character can wear.
8. Xmas themed backgrounds
9. At least 2 T2 options for every type of faction ship.
10. A battleship version of the talos. I love the look of the ship, but it's not that hot for PvE or mission running.
11. In game peace on dec 25, all PvP is disabled for a day and all wars are put on hiatus.
12. A gallente ship that has no shields but passive armor regen.
