Do someone here knows a substitute for chocolate that can give you the same high and not have any calories? Pirate
But something to eat. Lol

Well, if if existed, it would sell like crazy! Lol

But chocolate is unique... if you need a one-time boost, you can try greek yoghourt (the creamy and bitter kind) with honey and chestnuts to improve your mood, but it haves a lot of calories.

The best is chocolate, just don't abuse it, take it only when you need a boost because otherwise your brain will adapt to it and will stop working.

I like kefir mixed with water, and a bit of salt. It is a lot more drinkable for me than milk, it have a bit of zest and acidity that gives it a lot more complex taste than bland in comparison milk. Lord Odysseus probably drinked something similar but made with yoghurt.

I also add kefir and a bit of cayenne pepper and salt to a boiled potatoes, it is sometimes my dinner together with few fruits.

How much water and salt? I am curious to try that.

Something like one part of kefir to a part of water, i dont really care because it always taste very similar, maybe somewhat diluted sometimes, and a pinch of salt.
Actually salt isnt required, for me it tastes somewhat fruity without it. With it it is more vegetably i would say. Pardonme, I am not a chef. Lol

Kefir is a product made from milk.

Ayran is yoghurt(also made from milk) watered down and salt added. Ayran is also our national drink according to our president.

My secret formula to make the perfect ayran is using expensive brand yoghurt, using alkaline water(highest pH valued one I can find) and adding less of it so the texture is thick and finally moderate amount of salt. I can't describe in words how addictive and delicious the concoction is. Smile

I haven't tried kefir yet, though. How does it compare with ayran?

I get code error when I redact the quotes. Weird.

EDIT: I removed the links and it started showing again. Many thanks to Yiole. P

Usually it's caused by links, but don't know the specifics. It happens to me when I try to paste a link on a written text and something is wrong with the link being pasted.

My game with the Persians is going smooth so far. I can't discard that some of the big guys will try to mess with me, but I am having good vibes about the game. We'll see.

Anyway it's beddy time, so, nighties lovelies!

I think kefir is a bit more sour and zesty than yoghurt. But the most delicious dairy thing I tasted on earth was buttermilk flavoured with baked apples drink, I can buy it in shop around corner, but its very unhealthy. A forbidden fruit. Pirate

I use 250 ml yoghurt mixed with a spoon of mayonaise for a sauce for fried things, like chicken cutlet. I like when it swims in it.

The BBC error is usually because of spaces after the url=. Sometimes space is just after the url= or it is inside pasted link from browser and replaced by forum with %20 or something like that. In the second case you could use google links shortener.

Well, I am not a native English speaker, but I clearly see a diference between "Space X" and "Spa Sex". P
