There is only one way to get rid of that feelz. Chat more. Cool

My tonight dream was a pretty one, full of shiny items that i was going to aquire. Gold and silver little dishes, like from some queen draver. Every one was unique. Shocked

And my town was completely changed. With smaller buildings and more old style everything. Like from some fairytale from 1850. Ah, I like fairytales.

Why no rusty dishes? It would be greatly improved with rusty dishes.

No they do not, but there could have been some iron dishes, or at least some tarnish.

Buildings and cobblestones were tarnished. Looked dated.
I suppose shine was there to stand out and give life diversity, so it would be interesting.

Yay, there was a heap of scrap \o/, I knew it was a nice dream after all. Oh, I guess the point was the gem though wasn't it? Lol.

What kind of engineering do you do? I am of course an expert in the elegant art of percussive engineering. I have many tools, rubber mallet, boot, fist, spanner. Of course when things get really desperate I bring out the most powerful tool of percussive engineering.

What do we have here? A new LAGLer?

Welcome. Welcome. All Achuras welcome.

Meanwhile:

WHERE IS RIA?

I assume she's been captured by the Gallente and is rotting in a prison cell somewhere. Hope she gets released soon.

Good night all LAGLeers! Going to bed at a reasonable hour.

Rogue One, just ok. Script was plodding, directing uninspired, character development spotty. Talented ensemble cast wasted. Beautiful cinematography & CGI. Unremarkable scoring and adequate sound mixing. I did not see an Imax or 3D version hopefully more enjoyable in those formats. Costumes, creatures, locations, make up, special effects, scenic design all top notch.

Worth a see but don't get your hopes up too high.

Woahh. 6 hours non-stop playing Civilization. Shocked

I've waged an early war in three different ways and third time it's been the charm (accidentally), although I made a handicapping stupid early in the game so will try again once I finish my current game. It's an amazing sandbox, now I know why I loved it for years. Civ II, Civ III (those armies!), Civ IV... easily I may have put 2,000+ hours into the series. But eventually I've missed posting here (and now I'm about to start building tanks and, God and the rng willing, teach Mr. Gandhi a couple things tomorrow...)

Nighties lovelies. I'm tired but happy. Big smile

Do you guys take dietary supplements? I take Spirulina and Omega-3 Fish Oil. These are some of the nutrients in Spirulina. I couldn't find a better superfood in cost/efficiency spectrum.

That's not it, that's my quoting of The Lorax.

The two limericks I recall had to do with:

1) A khanid from Domain getting caught in a bubble in Stain

2) Our resident banana losing a ship but the loss was only about 1M isk.

Thanks for looking though.

There once was a bored man named Pix
Who went looking for limericks..

Here is the second one you mentioned. But I can't find the one about the Khanid.

Here are some more limericks you did, though.

Thanks Chribba, EVE Search is great. \o/

Gosh, maybe you should use evaluation algorithms first. Rebuilding it is no great deal, I have blueprint for it that I can copy in a second, but your face, I think something sticked into it. *takes out piece of plastic out from your face, applies adhesive bandage*

lol it's now morning and I just finished book two of the EXPANSE trilogy. Gotta catch an hour or so of sleep or tomorrow i mean the rest of today is going to be harsh.

Rogue One tickets are already purchased so wifey might forgive me for keeping the light on my reading glasses going all night. If I am afk from here it's cuz I have to do amends, lol.

Undetstood. Also the same goes for binge watching episodes of a TV series. Basically I just spent the past couple of days watching 'The Walking Dead' starting with Season 1 up to Season 7.

Big smile

You shouldn't be taking spirulina on a regular basis and never without it being prescripted by a nutritionist. What?

There is an elephant in the room about human nutrition, one so big that it rarely is voiced out: digesting is a serious effort that causes a lot of strain and wear, and thus the digestive system should not be overworked. You body WILL break apart by a thousand seams if you overwork your digestive system in ANY way. That includes unnecessary dietary supplements.

Another hidden truth about nutrition is even simpler: what causes a defficit by absence doesn't causes a benefit by excess. Vitamins and oligoelements are a minimum requirement, not a throttle stick.

Take vitamin C, which was the one that started the craze. A study found out that, of the MALNOURISHED children who died from diseases caused by cold temperatures, the higher mortality was found in those who had a defficit in vitamin C. Thus, the study recommended to provide dietary supplements of vitamin C to MALNOURISHED children.

And that's why every winter you see companies spending millions to advertise dietary supplements rich in vitamin C. Just in case you were starving and didn't notice, all that vitamin C could make a difference... otherwise you're just gonna pee it, literally, and your chances to catch a cold will be exactly the same. But hey, what business it is to poduce vitamin C enriched pee! Lol

Addendum, the three laws of nutrition:

- Digesting is stressing for your body, don't do it more than necessary.
- What is bad in absence is not good in excess, it just overworks your digestion.
- Body performance is a zero sum game, what overperforms today will underperform in the future.
