Anyone else wearing clothes right now?

Howdy Folks! *tips Stetson*

Up way too early for my current sleep schedule, but the schedule needs changing and I've found that sleeping longer to fix that doesn't work.

Yep wearing clothes!

Just returned from shopping.

Lovely cool evening. I'm sitting outside on my deck sipping an iced coffee. Crickets and the sound of running water. Occasional bursts of giggles from the gurls next door.

Meanwhile my daughter opens the toys I just got her and continues to make an enormous mess.

Way past her bedtime. Oops

Get up when the sun comes up ...
... go to sleep when it goes down and gets dark.

Avoid artificial light and bright displays, because they keep you awake.

The life of a shift worker ftl...

Sleeping nights one month, days the next. Always struggling to rest because your body clock is lost in the wilderness and swimming in coffee. Not to mention a mind full of stress. Always surrounded by artificial lights and computer monitors both at work and play.
