Just got back to EvE, after being AFK for 7 years :-)

I`m trying to ME / PE several BPOs I have all Tech I

I put in a (for example) Heron BPO - with ME 10% (brand new) smells fresh from Polyester Lol

And I get Red Message - BPO efficiency is set to the MAX Shocked

Am I missing anything ?

So BPOs with 10% ME and 20 % PE are considered perfect ?

Not perfect, but that's the highest you can research them now.

I assumed he was using the old term of perfect, meaning that you got it to an me where there was no waste. You used to be able to calculate the me for perfect research levels. Just an old term is all.

Since there is no more waste, I guess it really doesn't matter anymore.
