I did some testing with webs as I was trying to minimize my risk, if the people doing the webbing use a non-bonused ship with a single web, and if the bumper is close enough to the freighter then he may get that first bump in. The conclusion was that to be safe use web bonus ships for range and % power and faction webs if possible.

I did not see people gank the webber in all my time in hisec around gankers, though I would expect it to happen with collateral scams and people taking those contracts should use the appropriate webbing ships that are difficult to gank.

You are extrapolating to say that I said something I did not, at no time did I say that the person was in a duel, I said he was repping and the freighter accepts a duel and his safety was not set to green, why would the safety be important in that circumstance, that was pretty clear. You just chose to read it as you did which shows your ignorance, certainly not mine.

Jonah, you are a good guy, but you are trying just a bit too hard here, we all make mistakes, I made some as you have pointed out before, I don't know all nuances of the mechanics from the gankers side and thats how it goes, its a complex game, now just chill out, in your enthusiasm to have a dig you screwed up, it happens.

It doesn't matter how much it is talked about. How many times we preach it. Risk averse carebears cannot be assed to take a simple counter to gankers. And it is simple because most gankers are -10, which means they can be shot on sight if you have the testicular fortitude to do so.
