Pilots;

The Drifters’ recent activation of their full weapons suite, including high-powered warp scrambling, energy neutralization, and stasis webifying, has rendered the exploratory group’s previous infiltration method ineffective. We must expand our numbers and adapt to new methods if we are to penetrate these facilities swiftly and efficiently. To this end, we are opening our operations to the public.

Itsukame-Zainou Hyperspatial Inquiries Ltd. is partnering with Chrysos Aigis (C-AIG), the Fleet Coordination Commission (FCORD) and Phoenix Naval Systems (PNS), along with our long-standing associates such as the Signal Cartel (1420.), Jovian Labs (JLABS), and Societas Imperialis Sceptri Coronaeque (SFRIM), to organize public operations under the monicker the Consortium.

Consortium operations will initially focus on perfecting methods of hive penetration, gathering an association of pilots and organizations sufficient to readily penetrate Drifter hives, and undertaking any other operations as might be needed to analyze data, retrieve materials, or respond to Drifter aggression.

Interested pilots are asked to join our Consortium Operations channel and mailing list via the Neocom for sign-up details, doctrines, and currently planned operations. We currently have sign-ups for operations for 31st October and 1st November for interested pilots.

Well, hell, if that's not a glowing endorsement from a deity, I don't know what is.

Thanks to Makoto for bringing me in on this project. It is my pleasure to say that Phoenix Naval Systems is in full support of this project.

Our first expedition on the 31st we will be working with the NPSI group Redemption Roams to handle new members and to gather interest in the greater capsuleer community. It will be a little chaotic in this first op, as the format these ops have been useing, and will use after, will not be in full swing during this public display with RR. But all repeat ops after this will use the logistical backbone Makoto has set up. I hope you will join us as we start off these new public raids against the Drifter menace.

A personal thank-you from myself to Makoto Priano, Naava Edios, and Onslaughtor for organizing tonight's operation, as well as the trust they invested in me by allowing me to take command of the second wing of pilots when the fleet had to split on its way to the inner chambers of the Hive.

Once we were inside the final chamber of the facility, I managed to find some time to start taking pictures with my camera drones, and have uploaded them to an album on GalNet for the public's perusal.

I look forward to future operations.

Fellow Capsuleers,

The last five days wittnessed some major operations of several parties involved under the Consortium flag. It culminated in the discovery of a well hidden massive spatial distorion, featuring an assumed Sleeper construct of remarkable dimension. Though I think of the discovery as being exceptional, it also arouses fears, speculations, anticipation. Personally, I feel the urge to push forward, carefully. Whatever happens in those Drifter hive systems' hidden deadspace pockets might bring major effects to all New Eden. For that reason I wish to thank everyone who supported the operations in one way or another. The mixture of personalities, nationalities, and organizations involved did contribute to the operations and ensured the success of the two major missions which preceded the discovery as well. We assembled some video footage in a rough cut with some impressions from the recent days of Consortium operations. And we are looking forward to continue our work.
