Our prayers pour out to those afflicted by this most recent--and dastardly--attack carried out by the Blood Raider Covenant. We take this time to announce that the Cerra Family Holding is more than prepared to provide food, water, and further humanitarian relief to those who suffer due to this wanton aggression.

Faithful, we are being tried and tested on multiple fronts. The Drifters have robbed us of our beloved Empress and now, when the Empire is on the cusp of commencing succession trials to determine which of our Royal Heirs shall ascend the throne, the Blood Raider Covenant slithers out of Delve and dares to strike us in a region from whence they have already been cast out.

Our own Holding on Huola’s Seventh Planet was not spared from the Blooder incursion, but with the strength of arms lent to us by Templar Thal Vadam of the Classiarii Temple of Myyhera, they were intercepted as they attempted to abduct forty of our subjects. Our condolences go out to the families of the ten who have moved on from this plane, but their martyrdom shall only serve to galvanize the fires of vengeance. United in faith, we stand firm! On Behalf of The Holder Family Uriza, We are outraged at these brazen attacks and wish to extend an offer of support to to Her Ladyship, Shalee Lianne Cerra to aid the families affected. Arrangements on the nature and logistics of this effort can be handled else where.

As you know, the Huola system infrastructure and other key strategic points in the hands of slaves. While there is an effort to retake systems in this region, No doubt that these heretics knowing this are taking advantage of the shade in the chaos of the situation. I will bring this situation to light to hopefully ensure these does not continue to occur in the system.

My current location and tasked duties does not provide me access to find the list of Holders in this region, if one exists still. As you have identified yourself as representative of a Holder Family of Huola, our Family Kindly requests help to identify and establish contact with other holders affected. It is the position of the Uriza Family that is preferred that civil structure be restored as soon as possible by the Holders affected themselves once control rests back in Our Holy Empire hands. The goal of asking this is to avoid building a system of "qui pro tempore fuerint" Holders is a solution with out creating further issues.
