As far as cost is concerned, I would with genuine glee pay the fees in question myself.

No, the object of a publicist is not to defame others, but to keep your own reputation intact. In short, her job would be damage control. Knowing when it is better to say nothing than to say an impertinent thing would do more good for general morale than any amount of petulant finger-pointing.

Dr. Quattras Alvar Peione

No, I'm not that kind of doctor.

Well, my own reputation is defined by my actions on the battlefield.

But if your contact could help me by replying to any and every lie that sick idiots like to make up about me (like these infamous Anabella Rella, Elmund Egivand, Makoto Priano and their ilk), that will save a lot of my time and I'll gladly pay for the things I won't have to do anymore.

While I appreciate the endorsement, Dr. Peione, I don't think my services are what the Commander has in mind.

Cdr Kim, I can save you a lot of trouble and effort here and now. Repeat very carefully after me.

Mission accomplished.

Leaving no comment after obvious lie might imply they might be right, even a very very tiny bit.
Such impression must not be left.

Reputation? Don't make me laugh. Ask the majority of the State Protectorate contractors who you are and they will just give me a blank look and a 'who'? You are only famous to the folks in your home system and your corp and only because you are a regular face.

And besides, you did not get anything you want out of that 'negotiation'. If you intended for a 'negotiation' being in a fight you would have brought something that encourages engagement, not discourage it. And even then you still failed to get an easy kill since, again, the easy kill is a slippery target.

That must have really smarted, isn't it? Oh elite of the State failing to kill an unarmed-saved-for-two-drones target! So you gotta reframe it, just like the egomaniac leaders of certain nullsec alliances I will not name in this thread.

p/s: Those guys are better than you. They actually had tangible influence at one point before they failcascade.

So, that isn't your sensor-boosted Caracal that warp into a very recently harvested data site, locked a Probe-class exploration frigate, landed point and then utterly fail to actually kill the Probe?

In other words, you imagined the whole thing about my cowardice?

Then tell me. Where did this whole 'cowardice' thing come from if you weren't even on grid? Is it all in your head?

(BTW, resorting to insult after failing to find anything to refute a statement only makes you look like a git. You try that during a debriefing with your commanding officer, if you actually had any, and see what that gets you.

From my experience, it's one week on latrine duty)

I rarely see pilots, who so proudly admit about flying with warpstabs. Yes, I did a mistake. Considered you a normal pilot, not a stabbed 'farmer'. About your cowardice? Well, now everyone can see it. Okay, thanks, bye.

A pilot seeking combat flies into a complex with guns blazing. You entered a Data Site, which is frequently exploited by unarmed exploration vessels. Clearly you aren't there for a fight to start with. Don't even spin out of this, you just want an easy kill.

The fact that you even took the trouble trying to locate the exact coordinates of the Data Site, or had someone else do it for you, just to get that easy kill shows that you are desperate for another blip on your killboard without taking an actual risk. If you are actually brave you would had gone into a complex about five or more jumps away from your system seeking spoils, not sit around in your home station looking for an easy kill and going the length to get said easy kill.

Depending on the person, I wouldn't make assumptions about people, whether they look male or female. Just sayin'.

I agree. I was propositioning that I teach Diana some manners and how to be polite and it turned into a discussion on sex.

If you're doing it right, it will always turn to sex.
