As a long-time EVE player, a half-hearted DUSTbunny, and a former member of General Tso's Alliance, I fully support this thread, and hope to hear news of either a next-gen port for DUST514, or a greenlight on EVE: Legion.

Also, waiting for Valkyrie. Can't wait to fly, fight, and die for Fatal Jiral. :)

Actually got into Dust a few days ago for the first time in months and ran a few matches. With the new shield tanking mechanics, I had a lot of fun.

Still be nice to have that fun with some 60fps on the side, though.Blink

Being primarily involved with planetary conquest fights, I've been focusing on the GK.0 more than anything. You can't be expected to live long in those fights typically, even with all the regen in the world. My overall KDR has been slipping as a result but when I want a target to die, that target will die.

Spank and tank ftw. Emphasis on spank.

I learned how to fit ships from a guy in my first Corp named Uriella VonTessen. That guy would fit Abaddons that could track orbiting interceptors and could reliably take on 15+ guys and make them limp home with half their numbers.

He always told me the best fits are max-tank/max-gank. If you balance the two you'll almost always win.

Obviously having the ISK to afford to fit Faction/Deadspace on everything he flew helped, but the guy was still a force to be reckoned with. Hope I get to fly with him again.
