I just finished doing some testing with the new skins (and yes, it does work on all 5 Sansha ships). Few things we need to wrangle, but it should be out by Acheron (maybe sooner, but no promises).

Medals are also still on their way.

CCP, had the issue been merely a delay in handing out the skins, it would have been merely annoying to wait for them. But handing teams their skins, while not giving others is outrageous because it gives an unfair financial advantage to the teams who did get them. They are able to sell their skins at higher prices, as there are few of them on the market, while when we get ours, the price has already gone down.

The skins were given out to the Alliance Executors, not to the Team Captains. Have yours checked their hangars?

We have.

Even if we hadn't, or if our alliance executor had stolen them (handing prizes to a person potentially unrelated to the tournament is a separate kind of stupidity), CCP's ignoring of petitions is very strange.

They were not simply put in executors' hangars, though. CCP logibro sent out a mail to all executors he had listed for each alliance, and your executor needed to respond and tell him where they wanted the skins.

Anyone else who hasn't gotten their skins should first make sure their alliance executor responded to the mail from CCP Logibro.

In the case of Easily Excited, CCP Logibro sent this mail to a *previous* executor rather than the *current* executor. That previous exec had left the alliance 2 months before CCP Logibro sent the mail, and he subsequently quit EvE. So uh... yeah... we're wonding what exactly happens next...
