[Feature Request] Add Angular and Velocity to Locked Target's Info

As a logi I don't care about the angular velocity of the targets I have locked up. I do care about the angular velocity of the hostiles on the overview.

So I looked at it, you could easily add two more lines of text without it coming to much in trouble of running into the next row. As many have suggested, maybe allow customization of what these values are.

The goal of this is to provide snap judgement decision information in a nice easy to process spot. I realize that many situations will also require this information on the overview. However, including it along with their live totals allows pilots to make quick, informed decisions.

Additionally, by putting tracking speed of the weapon on the module hover-info, you allow the player to actively see what the effect of any changes to your tracking is moment by moment, something almost impossible to do now given the UI.

I think adding a "hover over locked target" tooltip where you can customize additional information would work.

That way you could quickly check certain values on a single target while in combat, without having to crowd more data into your overview.
