False information in patch notes regarding speedometer fix

Please remove this from patch notes, as it is completely wrong and nothing have been really fixed — I got speedometer stuck about 2..3 times in today's battle in YPW.

Going in planet mode still fixes it, but after several minutes it freezes again, as well as Shield/Armor/Hull indicators, which can lead to unexpected death, especially at big fights where people turn off brackets and can't immediately react to enemy fleet gettingtarget locks on them.
