Problem with forum and eve client

Since last night, I having some problems with the eve client and some eve web pages parts. Of course my internet connection are fine. I am able to access all other sites without problem. I even run a speed test without problem.

However, forum background does not load, the icon on the browser are still spinning and the forum background are still black. All images from Devblog also does not load. Login on the forum take almost five minutes. The verification code arrive at e-mail but the login page stay at name/pw for around three minutes before move to insert code.

Moreover, I try to download the last version of launcher (at http://cdn1.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/release/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_2_967872.exe) and the speed of download are at 3280b/s for an ETA of more than two hours, and of course I have a nice and smooth connection. The beta launcher download speed (at https://binaries.eveonline.com/EveLauncher-969236.exe) are also ridiculous.

Ingame the portraits are loading very slowly, and most are just missing. Furthermore, and most important of all: When I log the first client, it runs ok, with only the missing’s portraits. However, when I start the second client, the loading resource icon keep spinning and the client take around five minutes to reach the character selection, and more five minutes to get ingame. It is not the account stuck, because I change the order of accounts when I login, with the first client running ok (missing portraits) and all others getting the resource icon spinning and slow response problem.

I try clear cache and settings from ingame and manually but problem persists.

CCP support help please?

I just did it mate, but people are way fast here at forums. That is why I am asking here.

Also, I just run the rescache tool, just to be sure that I have all the files because of the infinite loading resource spinning icon problem at the second client. Here the results.

“rescache is a tool for verifying and managing the EVE shared resource cache.

The current shared cache location is
C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\SharedCache\

Verifying cache integrity
Verified 62844 files:
0 files corrupt
0 files not yet downloaded

Press ENTER to exit...”

So, it there is not a resource files missing that are prevent the client to load properly.

in-game Escape menu - clear cache - restart clients.

Fixed it for me.

Same. The first account to login does so with ease, the second one experiments an superior amount of lag.
