Decent Gal/Min COSMOS missions?

Is there any Gallente or Minmatar equivalent to Zabon Michi, ie, requiring high standings to accept with a large reward?

Well, the main reward for completing Cosmos missions is the Faction standing increase. The BPC's, implants, modules, ammo, etc, are just extras.

The nearest item I can see is from lv 4 Gallente Agent - Ampsin Achippon - located in Colelie system - 3rd stage of Contested Gallente Azure Chasm - "Gate to the Ionic Field".

He wants Maschteri Markan's Insignia - that NPC is a rare spawn.

The reward is a Zainou 'Gnome' Hardwiring implant that grants a 5% increase to shield capacity and 1x Federation Navy 350mm Railgun.

That's all I can see.

I actually got 1x Federation Navy Tracking Computer and 1x Eifyr and Co. 'Gunslinger' Surgical Strike SS-903 (3% to all turrets damage) when I completed the mission two days ago.

The spawn is really rare (I lucked out on this one) but his insignia can be brought by contracts for 40-50 Misk.

Well, what I posted was what I got when I did the mission a few years ago.

I do know that Cosmos BPC's are random, seems the implants and modules are also random as well. Either that or CCP might have recently changed the rewards for completing Cosmos missions.
