Painful PLEX Bug & Non-Working Support Tickets

Hi guys,

I recently used a PLEX to give game time to an ALT. I got the message the character had been given time, confirmed it was the right character, and 24 hours later its still telling me the "Account subscription expired"

On top of that, no bug reports or support tickets are properly uploading. There's an invisible red error section on the support ticket website, and I've tested this on multiple browsers on multiple machines, but only on Windows. I've included a picture link.

I realize it's BETA, but I need some assistance.

this "error" as you say is not blockin the page

I just try to fill the form correctly, hit submit and it works fine ; the ticket is created and I have a number.

but yes, there is a red empty thing at the top... I now have a test request, sorry ccp.


did you try to fill the form in your screenshot and hit submit ?

The "My Tickets" link seems to be working now, with my previous attempt showing up as well. Earlier today I had no tickets there. The account I used to donate the PLEX from still does not show a support ticket in-game even now.

Perhaps this was just a hiccup in the new system? And they are migrating completely out of game?

*Edit* yes, I filled the form out completely. Both times. The first time I got a ticket number (yesterday) the second time (today) there was an error and I never got a confirmation, until just now.
