If there is time, I have not read anywhere about the effectiveness of electronic warfare systems on drifters. I was contemplating if close range disruption from drones or small ships could be of benefit?

Drifter systems seem to be either proofed against EWAR or operate on principles sufficiently different from our own that EWAR simple doesn't affect them.

Indeed, and thank you again for assisting with that first abortive operation. I'll be sending out another missive shortly. I know at least some of our hackers will be shipping up so that we can free more pilots for the penetration, but more pilots are needed.

On the subject of EWAR, we've had no particular luck with ECM or dampening. The effectiveness of tracking disruptors is unknown, and a point we need to work on.

Does that include tests with tracking disruptor, sensor jamming, power disruption and stasis as well or mainly just ECM. ECM stands to reason if their sensor tech is not the same as ours, as wih other targeting systems.

Tracking disruption is useless against them.

She doesn't fly Gallente stuff, but she does fly SERPENTIS stuff, which no small number of people will claim is worse.

Those are fine powerhouse ships though.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

Unfortunately, Ms. Hydreiga, I had to fly gallente ships by FC orders. It was incredibly unpleasant and disgusting experience, and I had even to drink alcohol to forget this horror. Well, I see nothing actually wrong in following FC order, and even if I despise them, I did what I had to do.

And again, unfortunately, some idiots are trying to bring arguments about 'what I fly' as they want to say something bad about me but they can't find anything, so they come down to blaming me in using ships that I use.

Some liars, for example this topic starter, Makoto Priano, were even claiming I flied a certain ship on certain occasion where I didn't. Steffanie Saissore, the infamous 'Liar Knight' was even saying I was flying a dominix, I guess as another attempt to lie and insult me. It was rather funny and sad attempt, since I am physically not trained to fly even gallente cruiser.

In any way, it is nothing but a 'goon'-class bickering, worthy to those with substandard mental abilities like this Egivand and Arrendis. I hope I have answered your curiosity and we can avoid returning to this topic in the future, Ms. Hydreiga.

Enough with both of you, go derail a thread elsewhere. Elmund you want to accuse Kim, make a thread elsewhere. Kim, you want to answer to acusations go make a thread denouncing them and state your case, but both of you stop acting like petulant children in a "he said, she said" manner. I'd like to get back on point here which is specifically organising operations against Drifters. You know, those monstrosities that murdered my Empress and pose a grave threat to my Home should they return in force.

Ms Priano, I very much look forward to that mail about continued operations. As for ewar, yes, sadly it seems it does not affect the Drifters. I would recommend sticking with a missile based doctrine with webifier support.

That said, pilot Onzo, have you had any thought on an Amarr-friendly doctrine? Your assistance with scouting was helpful, but I suspect next time we may simply send two combat groups up the channels, and try to force it; additional, more disposable combat ships would be ideal.

Well if you're going missiles, amarr friendly would be the Sacriledge or Legion if you intend to stick with cruiser hulls. For drones, the arbitrator will suffice. You can shield fit any of those three and it would be reasonable but not superb, but they will suffice. Now, if you get enough webifiers there's no reason a turret based approach wouldn't work so your options widely open. Shield or armour omens (shield works, just) armour navy augorors and regular augorors for logistic support. There's still plenty of flexibility in the Amarr line.
