They try really hard not to answer the question it seams. Like they are somehow embarrassed about themselves for once again catering to the stupid and lazy. No offence, it just looks this way by now.

Like they now know that highsec aggression is not the cause of their retention problem (CCP Rises showed the opposite is true) but can't help and nerf it anyway.
