[Parallax] Jump Fatigue Reduction

Salutations, Guinea Pods!

Available for testing on Singularity now is Team Five 0's upcoming tweak to Jump Fatigue. Capsuleers should find that their Jump Fatigue is capped at a maximum of 5 days, while their reactivation timer is capped at 12 hours. Anyone who has either of these timers at a higher level than this will find their timers have been reduced to these new limits.

As always we encourage you to try out this change, give us some feedback here & submit bug reports for any issues you find. I'll add any known issues to this post as we go.

Could we have a few cyno's in some systems which everyone can jump to and a / command that lets us remove the fatigue so we can test some more?

Has the accumulation rate changed? i.e. same equation - just with caps, or new equation?

Any chance that caps could get a slight buff to range as well?
Im not asking for the old jumpranges back, but its quite annoying to see that if for example i wanna go from Maut to Murethand, which is only 3-4 jumps by high sec, it would take me 5 cynos. Which is annoying to say the least. The same goes for a lot of jumps from empire to 0,0, where the range is just to far, so you actually have to go through gates.

GM Guard > I must ask you not to use the petition option like this again but i personally would finish the chicken sandwich first so it won´t go to waste. The spaghetti will keep and you can use it the next time you get hungry. Best regards.

How much would it hurt to increase base jump range to 4 LY (8 LY at JDC 5)? You could make it 3 for titans.

This would require some extra work on the test server which is out of scope for the current iteration, sorry!

Accumulation is unchanged, only the limits have been adjusted.

this sounds alright to me. the 5LY max jump just feels too short, and pretty much makes me not want to buy a cap on TQ. I have a few things I'm interested in moving, but with the current jump ranges seems like more of a bother than it could ever be worth.

CCP had to hurt everyone with the jump range + fatigue nerf, in order to keep large capital fleets from dropping on "private parties" from across the map with impunity. CCP chose what looks to me to be an extreme cut on fatigue from 30 days to 5. I think tweaking both ranges and fatigue at the same time would be changing too much, too quickly.

30 days was extreme. Not 5.

Jump ranges and the new fatigue still prevent dunking across the map.

I would much rather have seen a buff to range then to fatigue tbh. As it is now, its just to damn hard for small corps to move around anywhere with caps, and the fatigue reduction doesnt help nearly as much as a buff to the jump range would.
