Did CCP just up the bounty amounts or were there other changes?
I haven't run any in a few weeks so I'm curious if I should bother to fire up the ol' ratting ship...

You should just go back to Diablo II Tia.

If you werent good before the patch you wont be good after the patch either just because of bounties I guarantee you.

The tia at the end of my post stands for thanks in advance
I've never even heard of Diablo II so I don't think I'll be going there
Thanks for your reply?

Good thing you thanked him in advance. That meant he was entitled to say whatever the hell he felt like, and still earn your thanks. If you've learned anything from Eve, you should know that you shouldn't pay for anything in advance.

To give a little constructive advice..

Afaik, they haven't changed bounties. what they DID change is drops from non-combat sites. Radars and especially magnetic sites have had their drops increased significantly. They also added several new ded-plexes for you to play in. Some of these are pretty hard compared to others of 'their class'.

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

They didn't increase the bounties, they added more NPC ships into the waves.

It's a double edged sword really- more bounty, but they are harder to tank.

95% of the players are loving EVE, the other 5%? On the forums.

Ahh the ever effervescent face-anus possessing THXBYE. Just ignore him, OP. He's still cut up because he posted some crappy threads in S&M directing readers to his craptastic BC setup (which he wanted people to +1)...needless to say, a whole slew of people have gone there and downrated it lol.

AFAIK, as others have said, they've merely beefed up the waves a bit, so I guess in an indirect way the bounties have been increased :)

You should go there, but it is a bit old sadly, and sometimes looks like D3 will be terrible.

This. Forlorn Hubs are particularly nasty.
