Are clones made sterile?

We've been looking for answer and found no confirmation or denial for capsuleers posibility to breed from any reliable sources. We'll be grateful for any help in finding any mentions from CCP or just for your opinions on this matter.

"Soul" is just another lie made by mortals who were scared of eternal non-existance beyond the death. They want to believe that there will be some immortal part of them, which will make them more than just a quckly fade out sparks in the eternal darkness.
