It happens sometimes. Lag maybe.
Almost lost an archon with cap fleet a year ago because of this.

Investing in tank is the best option.

The issue was systems on siggy overlapping, so I thought I was in a different hole than I actually was. Rolling to quickly and not cleaning up my mess.
