Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I've been playing on EVE on my home computer for almost two years and never had a problem with it. I recently went off to college and got a new MSI gaming laptop so I could continue to play. I ran EVE on it fine for a couple weeks, then all of a sudden it won't open. I load the launcher, log in and press play, and all that comes up is a black window that looks like a cmd prompt screen. This stays for awhile before disappearing and then nothing happens. I've repaired the launcher as well as reinstalling the game twice after deleting it. I am at a loss, as it worked perfectly fine for awhile. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you all!!
