"Wormhole systems can now be auto-linked" ???

What does "Wormhole systems can now be auto-linked" mean in the Vanguard patch? I assumed maybe it meant you could link a wormhole in a chat to someone else, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Thanks for the link. Forum search seems to suck, I searched for that title almost exactly and it returned nothing.
