Scoop to Fleet Hangar Needed for DST

Justification should be obvious: we can now deploy POS modules from a DST fleet hangar. We should also be able to scoop them back up into the same bay.

totally agree I didn't know you couldn't til I was taking down a pos had to offline my bulkheads to fit stuff in cargohold

To lazy to find the post again as i had to do it few hours ago, but DEVs already know about this from when they made it possible to launch the hangar

I'd also like to confirm...I could have sworn I faved the tweet...but a dev recently screenshotted him or herself with the menu option of being able to scoop to fleet hanger. So they know about it, they're working on it, should be here very soon if that screenshot was any indication.

If I ever dig up that tweet I'll update, but I'm about to leave for work so I don't have time to crawl through dev timelines on Twitter.
