Ingame press ESC, reset settings -> clear client cache, start eve. If that doesnt help, download the resource files in the launcher -> download -> at the bottom -> check download all the resource files -> client downloads about 2gb of data, log in. If its still black, clear client cache again.
Fixed it for me.
