As for the ISK, if you are serious you can always give it to The Angel Project (if that's still around).

I think that you should use it to buy all the PLEX you can and then just jetcan them one at a time 70 km or so off the Amarr undock and watch the bloodshed.

Hours of exsplodey fun await you.

And if my account account was that old I'd be miles past past it.

At currently more than 5k kills a year it would take me a little over 2 years. Not almost 8....
